Admission to the B.E. course is as per the guidelines laid down by the Government, through:

Candidates interested in seeking admission in B.E. course in all the colleges of Madhya Pradesh (including Govt., Govt. Aided, Self Financed & Private), against the All India Quota Seats and J & K Migrant/Resident Quota seats, based on AIEEE’08 score should apply at above address on plain paper with recent passport size photograph & copy of AIEEE’08 score card giving following details - Name, Father’s Name, Address, Phone no., AIEEE roll no., AIEEE marks & Draft details to be send to Engineering Courses Counselling Authority, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Airport Bypass Road, Gandhi Nagar, Bhopal-462036. 

Min. qualification for B.E. course is 10+2 exam with PCM (note- for eligibility the candidate should clear 10+2 exam. and should have obtained pass marks individually in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry). Candidates with negative marks in AIEEE-2008 are not eligible for counselling.
